Organic olive oil, 1st grade

Vitaquell organic olive oil 1st grade extra virgin is obtained directly from olives exclusively with mechanical processes and is not refined. Therefore, the naturally contained fatty substances can lead to cloudiness of the oil. Olive oil becomes solid when stored in a cool place below about 10 °C.
Only ripe olives from the European Community are used for olive oil. It has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid).
Ingredient: extra virgin olive oil (DE-ÖKO-013, EU agriculture).
Usage:
Vitaquell organic extra virgin olive oil is universally applicable - whether for the preparation of delicious dressings and smart dips for salads and raw vegetables or for gentle frying, grilling, cooking, marinating and preserving. Mediterranean cuisine would no longer be conceivable without the use of olive oil, as it goes particularly well with herbs such as sage, basil, oregano, etc.
Note on storage and consumption:
When stored in a cool place, cloudiness may occur due to fatty substances that do not represent a quality defect. Protect from light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume soon.
