Vitaquell Omega 3 - vegan with seaweed oil

Vitaquell Omega 3 vegetable spread contains long-chain omega-3 fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid) from a marine algae oil and α-linolenic acid from linseed and rapeseed oil. With omega-3 direct = vegetable DHA/EPA omega-3 fatty acids from marine algae, which need to be absorbed directly by the body and not converted. The contained vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress. Just one serving provides 8 mg of vitamin E. It is also low in sodium. Vitaquell Omega 3 is gently processed and made only with naturally solid fats. There is no fat hardening or transesterification. It is free of artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the organism as part of a varied and balanced diet. DHA/EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal brain function, heart function and vision. The positive effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 0.25 g DHA/EPA.

Already one serving (10 g) provides:

• 0.02 g DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)
• 0.01 g EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid)
• 1.2 g linoleic acid
• 0.6 g α-linolenic acid

One serving contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The positive effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 10 g linoleic acid and/or 2 g α-linolenic acid.
