Sesame oil organic, cold pressed and roasted


250 ml bottle, strong-nutty-aromatic


Vitaquell Organic Sesame Oil is characterized by a roasty-aromatic taste and a golden-yellow color. Directly before pressing, the sesame seeds are gently roasted so that the full-bodied aroma can develop. The roasted sesame oil has a much more intense flavor than unroasted sesame oil.

Due to its high content of sesamol and sesamolin, it is particularly durable. Sesame oil is characterized by a balanced ratio of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Ingredient: pure sesame oil (DE-ÖKO-013, non-EU agriculture).

Usage:
Roasted sesame oil is a must in Asian cuisine, with just a few drops of sesame oil you give the dishes a particularly nutty-aromatic note. It is ideal for frying, in the wok, in the cold kitchen, for baking and for the preparation of oriental dishes.

Our tip: Marinate tofu in roasted sesame oil and stir-fry with vegetables in a wok.

Notes on storage and consumption:
When stored in a cool place, cloudiness may occur due to accompanying fat, which does not represent a quality defect. Protect from light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume soon.
