''Hot kitchen'' frying oil

1000 ml can, high heatable

Vitaquell Hot Kitchen Oil is a valuable, pure sunflower oil. It is particularly high heatable because of the high proportion of oleic acid. It is particularly digestible and deliberately tasteless for full flavor development of all dishes. It is very suitable for deep frying or fondue.

The replacement of saturated fatty acids by monounsaturated fatty acids contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels as part of a healthy and varied diet.

Ingredient: pure vegetable oil (sunflower oil high oleic).

Usage:
Vitaquell Hot Kitchen Frying Oil is excellent for easy braising, frying, grilling, deep frying and for fondue. It is also ideal for the preparation of mayonnaise.
