Serving as a seasoning for Asian dishes, made from fermented soybeans and also quite salty, tamari soy sauce comes in a variety of flavors depending on the ingredients. The more intense tasting tamari is produced as a byproduct of miso production.
Ingredients: Water, soybeans*, sea salt, koji (Aspergillus oryzae). *from controlled organic cultivation (DE-OKÖ-013, non-EU agriculture).
Usage:
Organic Tamari Soy Sauce emphasizes the inherent flavor of dishes and is ideal for refining soups, sauces and vegetables, especially for dishes of Asian cuisine. Distinctively spicy in taste.
