Our mOlivo vegetable margarine consists of 50% valuable olive oil in the fat composition. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (oleic acid and linoleic acid = 74% in the fat composition). The use of unsaturated fatty acids instead of saturated fatty acids in the diet has been proven to lower cholesterol levels as part of a healthy lifestyle. High cholesterol is one of the risk factors of coronary heart disease.

It is also made without salt, strictly low in sodium: reducing table salt intake helps maintain normal blood pressure. Its taste is mild-tender. Without artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.
