Coconut oil organic mild
430 ml, gently refined - tasteless
Vitaquell organic mild coconut oil is extracted from the pure, white coconut meat. It is then gently refined to obtain an odorless and tasteless coconut oil. The organic coconut oil mild contains mainly saturated fatty acids, especially lauric acid. Of course, the organic coconut oil mild is not hydrogenated.
The organic coconut oil mild is an ideal oil for users who do not like the typical taste and smell of fresh coconuts, but want to use the positive properties of the oil.
The oil contains mainly saturated fatty acids, esp. lauric acid:
100 g = 95 g saturated fatty acids (of which 45% lauric acid), 4 g monounsaturated fatty acids, 1 g polyunsaturated fatty acids. Therefore, at temperatures below 23 °C, coconut oil is solid, snow-white and forms white beads. It becomes liquid when heated slightly or above 26 °C and acquires a slightly misty color.
Ingredients: Coconut oil* * from controlled organic cultivation (DE-ÖKO-013, non-EU agriculture).
Usage:
Vitaquell coconut oil mild is very heat stable and therefore ideal for frying, baking and deep-frying. Can also be used as a spread. Coconut oil is solid at temperatures up to 25 °C and becomes liquid when slightly heated.
