For our vegan spread we use high-quality shea butter instead of palm oil. This 100% vegetable, palm oil-free megarine has a fresh mild taste and leaves any butter in the shade. It not only tastes delicious on bread and rolls, but is also suitable for baking and steaming. No flavorings or synthetic emulsifiers are used, of course, so it is an enrichment for a varied diet. It is nevertheless spreadable when cooled.
