Extra Vital low-fat vegetable margarine contains 60 % rapeseed oil in the fat composition. It is ideal for those who simply want to consciously eat healthy and vital food. Excellent as a tasty spread, but also suitable for gentle cooking.

It has a high content of unsaturated fatty acids (46 g/100 g, which is 77% in the fat composition). The use of unsaturated fatty acids instead of saturated fatty acids in the diet, as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, has been shown to lower blood cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is one of the risk factors for coronary heart disease.

In addition, Extra Vital is very low in sodium and thus contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. The high vitamin E content helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Just one serving provides 42% of the recommended daily requirement with 5 mg of vitamin E.

Extra Vital is gently processed and made only with naturally solid fats. There is no fat hardening or transesterification. It comes completely without artificial colors, flavors and preservatives, is gluten-free and vegan.
