Vitaquell Vegan Light Sauce is the vegetable and lactose-free alternative to sauces normally prepared with cheese or cream, making it ideal for allergy sufferers, flexitarians and vegans. It is quick and easy to prepare. As a basic vegan sauce, it can be used to conjure up a variety of heavenly creamy sauces. Refined with diced smoked tofu it becomes a delicious carbonara, in combination with vegetable crème fraîche it inspires to pasta Alfredo. It is also a delight with vegetables, dumplings, casseroles, potatoes and rice. There are no limits to the imagination.
The special feature: Our Vegan Sauce is gently produced in our Hamburg kitchen and is available in a practical screw-top jar.

Usage:
Vitaquell's vegan light sauce tastes great with all pasta dishes that are normally prepared with cheese and cream, as well as with vegetables, dumplings, casseroles, potatoes and rice.
Preparation:
Heat in a saucepan, stirring, for about 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, the sauce can be heated in a suitable container in the microwave at 600 watts for 2 minutes.
Storage and consumption instructions:
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume soon.
