Shoyu soy sauce organic

Serving as a seasoning for Asian dishes, shoyu soy sauce is made from fermented soybeans and is also quite salty. It comes in a variety of flavors, depending on the ingredients. Shoyu flavor is made from cooked soybeans, wheat, water and sea salt in a fermentation process lasting about three years under the action of molds, yeasts and lactic acid bacteria.
Ingredients: Water, soybeans*, wheat*, sea salt, koji (Aspergillus oryzae). *from controlled organic cultivation (DE-OKÖ-013, non-EU agriculture).
Usage:
To refine sauces and vegetable juices, especially for dishes of East Asian cuisine.
