Vitaquell Wheat Germ Oil with Sea Buckthorn is a mild wheat germ oil with 2% cold-pressed, native sea buckthorn oil. This gives the cereal-tasting oil a pleasant fruity note.

The oil is characterized by its high content of vitamin E and essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, also omega-3 fatty acids (α-linolenic acid). Already one large tablespoon (6 g) covers the daily requirement of an adult in vitamin E.

Ingredient: wheat germ oil, mild, sea buckthorn oil, cold pressed native (2%).

Usage:
This fruity, mild, grain-tasting oil is excellent for vegetarian and vegan cooking. It peps up raw vegetables and salads in particular with its fresh note. Since the omega-3 fatty acids are very sensitive to heat, the oil should not be heated. Due to its taste, it goes perfectly with cereal dishes.
