Vitaquell wheat germ oil is gently pressed from dried wheat germ and not refined. It is characterized by an intense red-orange color and a pleasant cereal-like taste.

Wheat germ oil is, as far as the vitamin E content is concerned, the front runner among vegetable oils and is nutritionally particularly valuable due to its high content of polyunsaturated omega-6 fatty acids (also omega-3 fatty acids (α-linolenic acids)). The vitamin E content is 208 mg per 100 g, which is why wheat germ oil is also often used pure. 1 tsp provides about 11 mg of vitamin E, which is about the daily requirement. Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Usage:
