Rapeseed oil organic, cold pressed

Vitaquell organic rapeseed oil is extracted from rapeseeds in value-preserving cold pressing and is not refined. This precious oil is not subjected to any post-treatment after pressing, but only filtered. In this way, valuable ingredients and the golden yellow color are preserved. Rapeseed oil is characterized by its high content of unsaturated fatty acids, especially rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
Ingredient: rapeseed oil (DE-ÖKO-013, italy agriculture).
Usage:
The typical, mild canola flavor goes particularly well with potato and cereal dishes, also for salads and raw vegetables.
Notes on storage and consumption:
When stored in a cool place, cloudiness may occur due to fatty substances, which do not represent a quality defect. Protect from light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume soon.
