Organic hemp oil, cold pressed
250 ml bottle, mild nutty taste, virgin.
Vitaquell Organic Hemp Oil is a cold-pressed, virgin oil. Only fresh seeds are used for pressing, which are pressed without external heat input. In this way, the natural fatty substances are preserved to the greatest possible extent. Afterwards, the hemp oil is not refined.
The oil has a beautiful olive green color and a mild nutty flavor. It contains a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids (17 g a-linolenic acid, 2 g g-linolenic acid, 54 g linoleic acid) and about 2-3 % γ-linolenic acid.
Ingredient: hemp oil (DE-ÖKO-013, EU agriculture)*.
Usage:
It should be used predominantly in cold cuisine. Especially suitable for the preparation of dressings and dips or to refine pasta, steamed vegetables and soups. In addition, it is also suitable as a dietary supplement oil.
Notes on storage and consumption:
When stored in a cool place, cloudiness may occur due to accompanying fat, which does not represent a quality defect. Protect from light and heat. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume soon.
