Vitaquell Styrian organic pumpkin seed oil PGI is pressed from freshly roasted pumpkin seeds and only filtered. Thus, it is a real culinary specialty from Styria. This delicious pumpkin seed oil has a characteristic nutty-spicy flavor and a strong dark green color.
*This seal was recognized by the EU in 1996. It stands for the pumpkin genus Styrian oil pumpkin "Curcurbita pepo", the geographically defined region and for a traditional production process.
Ingredient: pure pumpkin seed oil (DE-ÖKO-013, EU agriculture).
Usage:
Vitaquell Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil is excellent in cold cuisine for salads, mayonnaises and pesto.
Our tip: Crisp cooked broccoli with almonds and garlic marinate in pumpkin seed oil and a little vinegar.
