Vitaquell Fit & Vital Lecithin pur is a valuable source of phospholipids, especially phosphatidylcholine, a natural choline supplier. Phospholipids are, among other things, important building blocks of all body tissues. They are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids as well as phosphorus. Phosphorus supports normal energy metabolism and normal cell membrane function.

The omega-3 fatty acid α-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. Already the recommended daily dose of 21 g (3 x 2 tsp.) provides 0.5 g α-linolenic acid for this purpose, whereby the positive effect can be achieved with a daily intake of a total of 2 g α-linolenic acid. Choline contributes to normal liver function and normal homocysteine and fat metabolism.
