They are naturally gluten-free, vegan and rich in high-quality, easily digestible protein and fiber. They come from controlled organic cultivation. Due to their mild taste, Vitaquell Protein Pasta are versatile.
They are significantly lower in carbohydrates than pasta made from durum wheat semolina.
Ingredients: Green soybeans* *from controlled organic cultivation (DE-ÖKO-013,non-EU agriculture).
Preparation is quick and easy: boil Protein Pasta Green Tagliatelle for about 5-8 minutes in vegetable broth or salted water, then drain the water. During the cooking process, the soy tagliatelle swell and increase in size by 3 times.
Combined with imaginative pasta sauces and refined with spices, the soy tagliatelle are a delicious dish or a satisfying side dish, bringing even more vegetarian variety to the plate.
Notes on storage and consumption:
200 g of raw product yields approximately 540 g of cooked soy tagliatelle. Store pasta in a dry place.
