The Vegan Burger Patties from Vitaquell convince not only by their high-quality, organic and purely vegetable ingredients, but also by the juicy consistency, ideally matched spices and the perfect bite. They are thus in no way inferior to their animal original. The main ingredients are pea protein and oats. They are not only filling, but also a good source of fiber and rich in protein. They also come without flavor enhancers or additives. Conveniently, they can be kept unrefrigerated. If you want to do without meat, you don't have to compromise here: 100% veggie, 100% delicious!

Ingredients: Water, pea protein* (22%), onions*, oatmeal* (8%) (contains gluten), shiitake mushrooms*, soy sauce* (water, soybeans*), sunflower oil*, tomato paste*, coconut fat*, potato starch*, linseed flour* deoiled, psyllium husks*, smoked salt, beet fiber*, raw cane sugar*, lemon juice concentrate*, spices*. *from controlled organic cultivation (DE-ÖKO-013, EU/non-EU agriculture).
Usage:
Heat the patties with some vegetable oil (e.g. Vitaquell Hot Kitchen) in a pan and sear briefly on each side until desired browning. For preparation on the grill, brush the patty with a little oil beforehand.
Product will keep dry and does not require refrigeration until opened.
