Organic ''Hot Kitchen'' Frying and Baking Oil, 500 ml

Our Organic ''Hot Kitchen'' Frying and Baking Oil is a valuable, pure sunflower oil from German organic cultivation.

Due to the high proportion of oleic acid, it is particularly high heatable and deliberately tasteless for full flavor development of all dishes.

As a traditional Hamburg company, it is important to us to give something back. 10 cents per bottle will therefore go to the Mittagskinder foundation, which helps children in socially disadvantaged areas of Hamburg with healthy meals, care services and educational support.

Usage:

Vitaquell Organic Hot Kitchen Frying and Baking Oil is excellent for braising, frying,
grilling, frying and fondue. It is also ideal for the preparation of mayonnaises.

Our kitchen tips:

•     dab moist food before frying or deep frying
•     please do not overheat the oil
•     the oil temperature is optimal when bubbles form on a wooden spoon that you hold in the hot oil
•     Conversion when baking with oil instead of butter: 100 g of butter equals 80 g of oil; make up the missing 20 g with liquids such as water or vegetable drink.
