Valuable linseed oil from golden linseed is the basis of this vegan spread. Spicy caraway seeds and aromatic onions give this popular spread its hearty note. It tastes wonderful as a dip with jacket potatoes, dark farmhouse bread or pretzels.

Just one serving (25g) provides 1.7g of α-linolenic acid and thus contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2g α-linolenic acid. With one serving you already take 85% of the desired amount.
