Already one serving (25 g) provides 1.5 g α-linolenic acid and thus contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 g α-linolenic acid. With one serving you already take 75% of the desired amount.

Usage:
